Ustadh Isa ibn Matta is the COO at Al-Hirz Institute and serves as an instructor at the institution. Through the bounty of Allāh, Ustadh Isa embraced Islam in 2013. Since then he has had the honor to study with over a dozen Shuyukh, who come from esteemed places of knowledge such as the University of Madinah, Azhar University, Morocco, Pakistan, India, and Palestine.

Prior to Islām, Ustadh Isa’s secular studies included: Psychology, Philosophy, Communications, English, Arts, Project Management Professionalism, and certifications in Mental Health. Ustadh Isa has been blessed to study and complete some Ijāzāt in the sciences of Qur’ān, Arabic, Qirā’āt, Tafsīr, Tārīkh, ‘Aqīdah, and Tajwīd.
