Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

After undergraduate studies in music and finance at New York University and Brooklyn College, he pursued Graduate studies in the MBA/CPA program at Pace University in New York City. During the past 37 years, he has consistently bought, sold and managed real estate investments for his own account, which has allowed him to appreciate the many intricacies of owning and operating investment real estate. His real estate brokerage career began in 1985 with Century 21. In 1986, he joined the prestigious Kermit Moran Realty Company where he emerged to become the top-producing salesman in the firm, which eventually led to him becoming the Broker of Record and Managing Director of the firm. In 1991, he formed his brokerage firm to concentrate on selling investment property. In 1996, he was asked to join OHB Management Company, Inc., a real estate Management and Development firm with a portfolio of 85 multifamily buildings, a construction company and a security guard assurance business. His initial position was Comptroller/Chief Financial Officer and during the 10-year tenure he also held positions as Senior Asset Manager, Chief Operating Officer and as Chief Investment Officer. Since 2006, he relocated to 30 Wall Street in NYC and has been actively buying, selling, managing for his own account in the New York City and Philadelphia areas, as well as, brokering investment properties in core markets throughout the US. His clientele of individuals and institutions from the NYC area and the Middle East and China. Their appreciation for professional whose integrity, strong work ethic and attention to detail has allowed him to become the Broker of Choice for many. He is currently a candidate for the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
